Satisfactory breakfast with a great selection of options to choose from. The rooms with a modern decor. Location just off the vineyards on both sides of the river, the valley and the railway station nead the river.

A beautiful farm house in a stunning setting. Loved the terrace with the pool and the views of the Douro Valley. The breakfast in the spacious dining room was a treat.
No speaking staff, like a game of charades. Is this a hotel or a silent film set?

The location offered stunning views of the surrounding wine hills, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing family vacation. We had the opportunity to engage in various activities, such as horse riding, cycling, and exploring the nearby hiking trails. The kids were thrilled with the horse riding experience and couldn't stop talking about it. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
My children wanted a playground on the premises for added entertainment.

The view from Quinta Da Veiga Bed & Breakfast was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the Douro valley and the surrounding vineyards. The old mansion itself was a work of art, with beautifully decorated halls and classic furniture. The highlight of our stay was the tour of the winery higher up on the hill, where the owner was kind enough to show us around and answer all our questions. The Douro valley truly left a lasting impression on us, and Quinta Da Veiga Bed & Breakfast was a key part of that unforgettable experience.

The pool had an amazing view, and the breakfast was decent. Location-wise, it was in the middle of a lot of vineyards and had a great view of the river. Another plus was the friendly staff who tried their best to accommodate us.
The room was not very clean and had a lot of outdated furniture. The bathroom was particularly dirty, and the sink and bathtub had not been cleaned before we arrived.

Nestled amidst lush vineyards on the hillsides, this beautiful hotel provides a stunning panoramic view of the Douro valley. We loved the short walk along the road to Quinta Nova and back that offered amazing scenery. the room was perfect, the bathroom was excellent, and the sitting rooms downstairs were extremely comfortable. the welcoming staff and ambiance made our stay delightful. the breakfast was delicious, and the winery tour was an informative treat.
One minor complaint was that the pool water could have been cleaner.

You can't beat the stunning views at this rustic getaway. Sipping on a glass of the local wine and watching the sunset was a highlight. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a delicious homemade meal. the pool area was a great place to cool down and take in the breathtaking scenery. Plus, the unique decor made for an interesting stay.
The walk up the hill to the hotel with our luggage was a challenge and not recommended. We suggest arranging transportation ahead of time.
